Select the desired screen size on the right and click Connect.

Type the name of the remote computer you want to use, select the screen size for your connection, and then click Connect.

When the connection page opens, you can add it to your Favourites for easy connection to the same computer.

If a dialog similar to what is pictured to the right of this text appears, please click "Yes" to install and run the Remote Desktop ActiveX Control which will allow you to connect remotely to your computer.

Once connected and logged on, start applications by double-clicking a desktop icon, or select a program from the Start> Programs.

An advanced Remote Desktop Client for Windows is  available and may be used instead of this web connection. The advanced client lets you use your local hard drive and printer from the remote session. To install this client on your local computer, download the Remote Desktop Client (3.30MB) and select Open when prompted to either Save or Open the file. After the installation completes, click Start> Programs> Accessories> Communications> Remote Desktop Connection.

Mac users may download a client at  http://www.mactopia.com/. Click the "Downloads" link and download the "Remote Desktop Connection Client for Mac".
